Tasks

  • With your enthusiasm for our sustainable business model, as an Account Manager (f/m/d) you will independently implement sales strategies in the B2B environment and win new customers for our company.
  • You maintain relationships with our existing customers by proactively keeping in touch, analyzing needs and offering tailor-made solutions.
  • In close cooperation with your colleagues from the Sales Department, you will accompany the entire process from the preparation of quotations through to order processing and take on contract negotiations independently.
  • As the central interface to the customer, you ensure that all departments work together smoothly and that customer requirements are met on time and to the highest quality.
  • You will be responsible for data maintenance in our CRM system and constantly check existing processes for opportunities to continuously increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
