  • In customer support, you will help our customers on the phone or by e-mail with all pre- and post-sales issues.
    After-Sales competently and in a friendly manner. You will ensure an all-round positive experience before and after the purchase of our refurbished IT hardware.
  • Customers can rely on your expert advice on all topics. You will clarify technical problems or general questions about our products or ordering processes in a confident and friendly manner.
  • You promote the sale of our products by placing offers online on various sales platforms.
  • You conscientiously monitor current offers and make sales-promoting adjustments when performance is low.
  • You will also act as an interface between customers and internal departments to ensure that sales are processed quickly and smoothly.

Profile

  • You have a good technical understanding of consumer electronics.
  • Ideally, you should have experience in customer support or e-commerce.
  • With your strong analytical skills, you are able to classify technical problems well and find a well-founded solution.
  • It is an advantage if you have knowledge of English. We also welcome other foreign languages.
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority and you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing with your friendly manner.
