When highly sensitive data is stored on IT devices, it must be ensured in the event of hardware refurbishment or disposal that this data does not fall into the wrong hands. For this reason, we have developed a comprehensive security concept that guarantees the verification of all relevant information and data throughout the entire process.

As soon as your equipment arrives at our site, authorized employees execute the certified data erasure. Our security measures are state-of-the-art and include personnel checks, video surveillance and alarm systems.

Alternatively, our employees can also erase the data at your site with no need to bring the hardware to us for this purpose. This option is often used for data centers with larger server landscapes in view of economic efficiency.

In order to avoid manual sources of error in such a sensitive process as data erasure, our employees undergo continuous training sessions. In parallel, we have implemented a system-supported process flow.

For data erasure, we use Blancco’s Drive Eraser software, the worlds number one provider of certified erasure software. This ensures 100% audit-proof and verified data erasure for all types of hard disks, solid-state drives and other flash memory media.

You determine the number of overwriting processes and the selected erasure method. If desired, we also implement all internationally valid erasure standards and algorithms for you (DoD 5220.22-M, NIST, HMG Infosec Standard, etc.).

Through our process, your data will be permanently and irrevocably erased. The information on the respective storage device cannot be recovered by any existing method.
Complete documentation including a deletion log by serial number for each storage device ensures that you can prove your actions at any time in the event of an audit.
